Shipping policy
The Jolly shopper travels and collects unique items whilst abroad and also consolidates shipments from the USA and other places in the world. This means that purchasing will have certain shipping periods which will be advertised on each product.
With all items and products coming in from overseas it’s important to understand that purchasing means that it is not a quick delivery.

Once your items I have received into New Zealand they will be dispatched using Aramax shipping and you will receive a tracking number.
If there is a circumstance that means we have not be able to purchase your item for you, or the sizes may not have been available, or perhaps the item was seasonal, then we will issue a refund on your order once we have received the consolidation of purchases into our warehouse.
